Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients looking for performance marketing, Meta ad management, and website development solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media outreach.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client pain points to offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Communication: Be the go-to person for client inquiries, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, tech, and performance marketing teams to pitch comprehensive solutions to clients.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1-3 years of business development or sales experience in digital marketing or IT services (experience with performance marketing and website development is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You know how to close deals with finesse.
